We will also need to collect information relating to the property and/or land which is the subject of your enquiry or the services we provide you with. Such information relating to the property and/or land may include postal address, ownership details, maps, information relating to its planning history, and detailed information relating to its physical appearance and characteristics, including photographs, drawings and surveys.
3 This information is gathered to allow HPD to communicate with you and any relevant
authorities, persons or companies with your agreement and on your behalf. It will
also be used to prepare, submit and support any application(s) to the relevant authorities,
with your agreement and on your behalf, under the Planning Acts, Building Regulation
Acts or other legislation relevant to the services HPD provide you with. HPD may
communicate the information held or make application(s) to the relevant authorities

4 HPD collects aggregate information and statistics via Namesco and Google using cookies for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

7 If any of the information that you have provided to us changes, for example, if you change your email address, name or address, please let HPD know the correct details. Your information will be held in our systems until HPD deem it is no longer needed, unless you specifically request that it is removed.
